Market Research

If a market research call comes in into your home phone in a bad time, are you going to answer it? Well, not too many are sympathetic to phone surveyors or market researchers these days. With too much unexpected calls spamming peoples phone lines, I dont' think this method of market research is a good idea. People think only of one thing upon hearing the pitch saying...May I please speak with "Mr and Mrs Smith" , then they would think that the caller is a none other than "telemarketer" trying to push a product that nobody wants. If you only knew the difference between a telemarketer and market researcher, you should be able to appreciate this call and return a favor of giving your own feedback and opinion to improve consumer goods and services.
