Cerebral palsy

Cerebral Palsy is neither genetic nor hereditary and more than forty ( 40%) of children born with cerebral palsy is caused by premature birth. Although there are no certain causes of cerebral palsy, however, a medical malpractice could have been caused due to negligence that leads to brain damage.

As a parent, if you are in doubt or suspecting a medical malpractice that could cause brain injury to your baby you need to contact the legal experts who are experienced in this particular case. There are several medical malpractice cases in court involving cerebral palsy. Negligent while under medical care can be committed by any medical practitioner; such as doctors, nurses, pharmacies, obstetrician/gynecologist or any attending heath practitioner during child birth or labor.
